After traditional winemaking, we use a gentle dealcoholization process to remove the alcohol while preserving the wine’s vibrant aromatics. We then blend in select ingredients to maintain the body and feel of wine, giving you a sophisticated, alcohol-free experience.

We start with premium Verdejo grapes from Spain, and ferment them to develop rich flavors. Using advanced technology, we gently remove the alcohol while preserving the wine’s essence. Our team then blends in fresh ingredients to maintain balance, creating a low-sugar, low-calorie, non-alcoholic wine with full flavor and sophistication.

Each 250 ml serving of Nouvie contains just 35 calories, making it a light, refreshing choice for any occasion!

Our wine contains a minimal amount of alcohol, always under 0.5% ABV, which is the standard limit for non-alcoholic beverages. Each batch undergoes rigorous lab testing to ensure it meets this requirement.

Nouvie is crafted from Spanish wine to create a refined, sophisticated taste. In winemaking, flavor comes from a delicate balance of alcohol, acidity, and fruit. Without alcohol, the wine’s flavors lean toward vibrant fruit notes and crisp acidity, delivering a refreshing, nuanced profile. 

To enhance balance, we add a hint of natural wine aromas, creating a dry, complex wine that offers sophistication and depth.

For optimal quality, store your cans of Nouvie upright in a cool, dark place. Our wine has a shelf life of one year, but we recommend enjoying it within the first 6 months for the best experience.

Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 3-5 days. While it’s safe to drink after that, the flavors may begin to fade due to air exposure.

Nouvie is safe to enjoy without any risk of intoxication. While individual tolerance varies, it would be extremely difficult to feel any effects, even if you were to consume large amounts in a short time. We don’t recommend overindulgence, as you're more likely to feel unwell from the volume rather than intoxicated.

Although consuming non-alcoholic beverages is generally considered safe, we always recommend that expectant mothers consult their physician before making dietary choices. Since beverages with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume aren’t required to carry a pregnancy warning, many feel comfortable enjoying non-alcoholic wines. Ultimately, the decision to enjoy Nouvie is a personal one, and we encourage you to make the choice that feels right for your unique journey.
