Nouvie was born from a simple wish on Fiona’s 40th birthday. She and her sister-in-law, Faith, wanted to toast the milestone with a non-alcoholic wine that tasted just right. But every option was either full of sugar and calories or fell short on that true wine experience. So, they set out to make something different—a sophisticated, refreshing non-alcoholic wine that didn’t compromise on taste or health.
Faith and Fiona’s journey combined their unique strengths. Faith, a marketing expert who’s launched some of America’s fastest-growing brands, and Fiona, a celebrated immigration lawyer with a passion for creating meaningful change, brought their shared vision to life. Together, they crafted Nouvie: a sparkling wine sourced from Spanish grapes, using advanced distillation to preserve flavor while keeping calories and sugar low.
