Fettuccine Alfredo has a reputation for being quite rich, but the parsley and lemon add a freshness that cuts through the cream and butter. Make sure to serve it with Nouvie, whose notes of elderberry and pear echo the lightness of the lemon, creating a heavenly meal for those cold winter nights.
SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO

Seafood, like Food and Wine’s Branzino with Caper-Herb Butter, is perhaps our favorite pairing with Nouvie as its botanical flavors work joyously with the herb butter and fresh lemon. In the interest of simplifying, we get a cut of Brazino from our seafood counter (rather than a whole fish), grill until just cooked through, and dollop with a generous heap of the caper-herb butter just before serving.
